Single ladies 7 year olds – Appropriate or not?

A video of a group of five 7-year-olds dancing to Beyonce's Single Ladies has caught the attention of so many people online lately. The issue has stirred up controversy over the girls' provocative dance moves and skimpy outfits. The young girls were dressed in hot pants, bra-style tops, and thigh-high stockings at the recent World of Dance competition in Los Angeles. The You-tube video has since gone viral and many parents have expressed their concerns upon seeing the video. Besides that, a lot of You-tube viewers have also set up a debate with regards to the video.

The video was a hit and the the girls are no doubt talented but many feel the dance simply isn't appropriate. It's just weird to see these young girls dancing in such a provocative fashion and people are cheering for them. Call me old-fashioned, you might.

CNN's Anderson Cooper called the sexy number "wildly inappropriate," while Dr Phil McGraw called the costumes and the dance moves "sexually provocative."

Elizabeth Snead of Zap 2 It's ‘The Dishrag' reports that the Precision Dance team ranges in age from seven to nine. Although the girls are talented dancers, their costumes, combined with "gyrating dance moves would be better suited to someone at least old enough to get her learner's permit," writes Snead.

In the video for Single Ladies by Beyonce, is one dancer a dude?

Somebody on the video said the darker-skinned dancer was a dude. Is this true? I tried to pause it to see but all I could see was that it didn't look like (s)he had eyes, just eye sockets. Which was creepy. I have a hard time believing a dude could dance like that, or have legs or hips like that, or wear that kind of high heels, let alone dance in them.

Also, if you say yes, that is a dude, give proof.
If that's a dude, I'm gonna scream, because dude or lady, that dancer has better legs than me, and if that's a dude, well, I'm not gonna be happy if a dude has better legs than me.

The other dancer also looks, in some shots, like they don't have eyes, just eye sockets. But I was paying attention to the one. At any rate, it's creepy how it looks like they have no eye sockets.
